How it works

1. Raw material ingredients

Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium oxide, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (beryllium phosphate, diphosphate, heavy calcium, ordinary calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials are equipped in a certain proportion.

2. Stirring of raw materials

Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to improve the uniform fertilizer content of the fertilizer particles as a whole.

3. Raw material granulation

Send the evenly stirred raw materials into the double-roller extrusion granulator for granulation.

4. Pellets drying

Send the granules made by the granulator into the dryer to dry the water contained in the granules to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage. (Special raw materials can also be used without drying, saving costs)

5. Particle cooling

The temperature of the dried fertilizer particles is too high and it is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is easy to bag, store and transport. (Special raw materials can also be used without drying, saving costs)

6. Particle classification

Classify the cooled particles, unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated, and qualified products are screened out.

7. Finished product coating

Qualified products are coated to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.

8. Finished product packaging

Bag the film-wrapped particles, that is, the finished product, and store them in a ventilated place.
